1. Channels
- Email: support@inoneapi.ai. Technical support, billing questions, account issues, privacy requests, and business inquiries all reach us through email.
- Discord: discord.gg/HQH4TFwcR3. The real-time community channel for integration questions, setup help and feature requests; the Discord icon at the bottom right of every page opens it.
- Privacy requests: state the right you want to exercise in your email, as described in the "Your rights" section of the Privacy Policy. We may verify your identity before responding.
2. What makes an issue faster to resolve
Requests and performance
Include the X-Gateway-Trace-ID, model ID, the time of the request with its timezone, the SDK and language you use, and what you expected versus what happened. Response status codes and the original error text help us tell whether the gateway or a provider channel is involved.
Billing and reconciliation
Include your account email, the billing period or order number, the models and projects involved, and the specific lines you believe are wrong. We recheck each request against the provider mapping that actually served it and the usage recorded for it. Accounts and records in different currencies cannot be combined, so please note the currency.
Accounts and security
If a key is leaked, calls look abnormal, or an account is compromised, revoke and rotate the affected keys in the console first, then email us. The scope of the loss depends on how quickly you act; notifying us afterwards does not remove charges for usage that already happened.
Business and compliance
When you contact us about volume pricing, invoices, compliance material, or a team plan, include your legal entity, the use case, and expected usage.
3. Response times
Human support is available. Email about account security and funds is handled first. We reply within a reasonable period and may confirm receipt before asking for anything further.
4. Operating entity
- Operating entity: OPENSTART TECHNOLOGY LIMITED
- Email: support@inoneapi.ai
- Mailing address: available on request by email
5. What we cannot handle
InOneAPI does not develop models and cannot act on a provider's behalf for their accounts, quotas, or content policies. Output quality, content review rules, data processing regions, and compliance evidence for an upstream model must be confirmed with that provider. For issues tied to a specific model, contact the provider as well.
